Just outside the kitchen door is an utility area complete with Bosch washing machine and additional fridge/freezer if you need more room for wine and beers!
A set of men's and ladies' golf clubs, and a golf trolley are also stored here for your use during your stay. |

There is a serving hatch from the kitchen into the dining area for convenient entertaining at the large dining table with plenty of room for 6.

Cleaning/towels/

Towels & linen are included in the rental price, although we ask that you provide your own beach towels.
The villa has maid service 2 hours per week to change your linen and towels on rentals over 8 days & additional cleaning can be arranged on request. |
The villa has full air conditioning throughout, but keeps naturally cool with the fully tiled floors and gentle sea breezes.
The villa is particularly suitable for couples and golfers. Although it has 3 bedrooms, it is a perfect base for a couple on their own, or a smaller party wishes a bedroom each.

Accessibility
The villa is suitable for less able guests with two bedrooms situated on the ground floor.
Outside
The villa has a private south facing terrace complete with private kidney shaped pool measuring 6m x 3m. The pool is 1.1m deep at the shallow end and 1.7m at the deep end.
The patio has wooden garden furniture featuring an extending dining table and 6 chairs, sun parasol and 4 teak sunbeds, complete with soft cushions for sunbathing. A further 2 wooden sunbeds are located on the private upper terrace off the main bedroom upstairs.
A large gas barbecue is available, and you will even find an outside sink on the terrace for the inevitable washing up!
